Bought this for my wife and haven't heard her ask for a charger since. Great product that works as it should.
I am very excited about this product- permaplug. Before this permanent plug device, I was losing my chargers all the time as my grand kids always took them out of the plugs in my room whenever they lost theirs. BUT now, they can't. I put one in every one of the rooms and we can now all charge our devices with no problem. Thank you permaplug!
Product works as intended, I accidentally ordered 10 instead of 5 (misread a note from the requisitioner) but their customer service was swift and helped me get it corrected.
Excellent product ! If you have kids always stealing your cords this is the item for you ..: does not work with GFCI plugs and before you send it back to the company make sure it’s installed with the cords on-top lol . Def would recommend this product
quick response , good product and very easy to install, i always have some cords left out for guest to use when visiting , but they seem to disappear . But this allows me to attend to visitors needs and with no worries of losing good relationship over missing cords. I also attach one of my triple corded cords to the PermaPlug to give all phone jacks availability.

This is an amazing plug, no no e trying to find one at home when kids keep taking from the plug.
It screws on to the wall outlet and can’t be removed.
Great idea indeed. Now my only problem is keeping my son’s iPhone out of the charger so I can use it 😂
I got my Permaplug charger and can't say enough great things about how well this product works. No more walking into a room and expecting the charger to be there just to be let down anymore. The charger works great and is a great addition to any home or business!
My boss and his kids got a huge surprise when they realized they couldn’t take my chargers anymore while in my office!! Genius! Will be purchasing and installing one in every room of our office suite.
So I bought this product a couple months ago absolutely loved it and then all of a sudden it stopped working. I messaged the company and when I say customer service 10 out of 10. I mean it was the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with and I don’t normally deal with a customer service. I normally let my husband do that. Not only did they refund me, but they sent me a replacement for the one that I originally bought and sent me a freebie. It’s been a while since they sent me the replacement set up was great. Still use it and it works great. I did buy the first product when they were standing up so hopefully they’ve worked all the kinks out with the replacement.
Easily installed on a standard outlet. Have only had it for a couple of weeks but so far love it. My children haven’t been able to steal my charging cords!!

I bought two Permaplugs and was excited to use them, but didn't realize until I got them that they were designed (understandably) for standard outlets rather that the "Decora" style square outlets we have.
I reached back out to Permaplug and asked if there were any possible solutions, and within a day they let me know there was a new Decora product being released and came up with a solution in the meantime that was more than fair to me.
The next day, their CEO reached out via email with a video addressed personally to me with a sneak preview of their new Decora product prototype (they had announced it in November but I wasn't aware).
The level of customer service and integrity by Permaplug is something I thought may have disappeared in today's "digital transaction" world, and it's great to see that someone still cares deeply about ensuring that their customers have a phenomenal experience.
I can't wait to get the new Decora product when it arrives and to see what Permaplug comes up with next!
I love this concept no more stolen chargers and my guest have something to use and the extended length is amazing.
